To sell a property in Portugal your real estate agent would need the following documents of your property. As Portuguese government licensed real estate agents we need a signed mediation contract to market your property, together with the following documentation.

• Copy of the property owner(s) passport(s)
• Copy of the property owner(s) passport(s)
• Copy of your fiscal number(s)
• Caderneta predial
• Certidao de teor
• Licenca de habitacao
• Ficha tecnica
• Floor plans
• Energy certificate ! (this is now a legal requirement and needs to be obtained before the property can legally be marketed !!)
